Yah I've seen it in both the orchestra and rear mezzanine and it really wasn't bad. The stage at the Gershwin theatre is so big that you can see from pretty much anywhere. So, good luck and have fun!!
The last time I went to see Wicked I was in the half price seats that were "partical view." I was worried that I wouldnt see anything but they were wonderful seats!
Though scattered and divided we are still its heart...AIDA SEPTEMBER 5th, 2004...one more longing backward glance...
I AM NOW "TGIF!"
i actually prefer mezz.. the show is such a visual spectacle that its hard to take it in being so close...plus the lighting design is so intricate that its better from a little farther back..
The first time I saw Wicked I was in the very last row of the house.....saw everything, but you can't see facial expressions. The next time, I won the lottery and sat front row....facial expressions to me make the show sooo much more emotional.....Idina is amazing. But it's good from far away too.
