If/Then at the Pantages without Idina

Just saw the December 19th matinee of If/Then. Actually, only saw act one, because the experience was too painful to stay any longer. Idina was sick and the understudy performed. But it didn't matter to us -- the sound mix was pretty horrible, and we had problems understanding most of it (we have great seats, by the away, first 10 rows, right in the center).

How did this show get produced in the first place? It was awful.
