The Yankees are in. Clinched one of the wild cards. Baseball is a bit crazy now. With 4 wild cards, 2 in each league, the playoffs have become a tournament. Both the World Series and the 162 game season have been cheapened. A team could win 120 games and still not make the World Series. Baseball made more sense when there were 16 teams and the pennant winners from each league faced each other in the Series.
There is still a chance they win the division! If the season were to end right now they would since they are a game ahead of Baltimore. The only way they lose the division is if they lose both remaining games and Baltimore wins both. The Yankees lead in games in Yankees-O's series, so if there is a tie, the Yankees would be in first and O's would take the wild card. But the 5 teams from the AL will be the Yankees, O's, White Sox (who have clinched their division), Rangers, and the A's. For the East and West, it is very close deciding who is the wild card and who is first. Should be an interesting 2 days!!
Granderson, Jeter, Cano, and CC. Four of the more important Yankees- all POC. But Jim Colyer has to look up to cheaters because he cannot reconcile that the Yankees will need those guys to be at their best to win.
And Petttite's legend is PEDs and being Roger Clemens' wingman. Some legend.
Why would Jim root for a sport who's players are largely not white? Seems contradictory for someone who's racist like Jim is.

The fact that the Yankees pay their team 197 million dollars while the Orioles payroll is 86 million, kind of makes the Yankees look pathetic. Or to to put it on a Broadway level, the Yankees are the "Spiderman" of MLB.
