Did a search and didn't find any recent info on the student rush over at Long Story Short. If any of you guys have gone lately, when is a good time to get there, etc.?
I know these threads are a dime a dozen so thanks for taking the time.
I rushed two weeks ago at 1 PM for an 8 PM performance and got third row orch on the side. I think you should be fine no matter when you rush, but you'll probably be closer to the stage if you get there earlier in the day.
"In theater, the process of it is the experience. Everyone goes through the process, and everyone has the experience together. It doesn't last - only in people's memories and in their hearts. That's the beauty and sadness of it. But that's life - beauty and the sadness. And that is why theater is life." - Sherie Rene Scott
did the rush today. got there about 3 hours before the show and got first row on the side. good seats. they actually closed the mezzanine off because there were so many open seats in the orchestra. its a great show tho! had me laughing straight through.

Might I suggest do what I did and rush the Saturday 5pm show, since many people will either be still in a show, or having dinner, therefore, it's the most empty.
The B/O guy was nice, I got to choose my seats the day i saw it, since nobody else had rushed for that show.
