I knew I forgot one. And for good reason..although, in all fairness, the downfall of that production was the lifeless direction. I actually like Mamet (most of the time) and I think the crucial key to a good Mamet production is sharp direction and strong casting (case in point: the last revival of SPEED THE PLOW, which isn't really an incredible play by any means but was given quite a remarkable production). His shows really come to life if they are given the proper treatment and Pepe seems to "get" him. I'm seeing this in a few hours and I'm very excited.
Also, NY1 and The Post are both positive although I can't see how many stars The Post gave it because I'm on my phone and also can't post the link for some reason.
