re: Cell phones at The History Boys tonight  Sep 20 2006, 09:21:56 AM
My director did the best announcements before our shows.

"Please be aware that your seat cushion will not become a floatation device. If your cell phone goes off, the whole production will stop and everyone will laugh at you."

re: And the 1st Licensed Production of High School Musical Goes To....  Aug 1 2006, 06:44:03 PM
Thank god I graduated high school this year. And thank god my old high school has a very small drama program because I would disown it if they ever did this show.

re: What's the most embarrassing thing that happened to you on stage?  Jul 22 2006, 12:02:59 PM
I was Vi Moore in Footloose in my last show. It was the sunday matinee and by then everyone is pretty much tired. So I said my cue line for 'Can You Find It In Your Heart' and I waited to hear the opening notes from the keyboardist.

Nothing. I just stood there staring at my 'hubby' for a few seconds and I had to start a capella. It was so terrifying. I thought I forgot a line or something. But thank god it was my music director not me.

re: How is Judas' death done onstage?  Apr 21 2006, 02:06:18 AM
In the US tour I saw a few years back, Judas climbed a ladder and then the noose fell onto the stage.
