Ritsch with music direction by Stacey Antoine. Set in modern-day East London, this production of the Stephen Sondheim and Hugh Wheeler Tony Award-winning musical thriller features an ensemble of eight and a chamber orchestra of keyboard, violin, and woodwinds.

The Musical, written by award-winning FringeNYC show Young Olympians and the Most Amazingly Awesome Adventure Ever playwright, Sarah Shulman,with lyrics by Caitlyn Joy, and music by Callan Holderbaum. This encore presentation will run for a limited time before making its way to FringeNYC in October. SUPER! The Musical is one of only three theatre for young audience shows chosen for inclusion in the festival.

When I saw many months ago that Toby's Dinner Theatre in Columbia would be presenting it (the professional regional premiere) I knew it would be a money maker and knew, after seeing many Toby productions, it would be done well. Well, not only have they done well, this edition of MAMMA MIA! is just plain superb.

Registration has begun for Howard County Arts Council's (HCAC) spring educational programs at the Howard County Center for the Arts in Ellicott City. HCAC offers classes and workshops for lifelong learners from Pre-K through adult. Spring arts programs, open to the public, begin the week of September 10.
