As a 14 year old youth, Walter was transfixed by his first Broadway Show, the original production of 'GREASE'. His Journey to celebrity photojournalism began that fateful night. Meeting, photographing and getting to know the cast inspired him to spend his professional life doing what he loved. Currently headlining in New Jersey with his partner Richard and family members Dali (Jack Russell) & Gala (Schnoodle). Recently he made his Broadway debut sharing the stage with Hugh Jackman in 'Hugh Jackman on Broadway' as well as receiving the Actors' Equity Association Gypsy Spirit Award. THE BELLE OF AMHERST, William Luce's acclaimed one-woman play of the private yet prolific poet Emily Dickinson, will launch a new production starring Golden Globe Award nominee Joely Richardson ('Nip/Tuck,' Side Effects) and directed by Steve Cosson (The Civilians, Mr. Burns, a Post-Electric Play). Beginning Tuesday, October 7th, The Belle of Amherst will play a limited engagement at off-Broadway's Westside Theatre (407 West 43rd Street). The production officially opens on Sunday, October 19th. In this production, Michael Cera makes his New York stage debut opposite Kieran Culkin and Tavi Gevinson, which premiered at Steppenwolf in Chicago this past summer, and is directed by Anna D. In the film, Maggie and her adopted 12-year-old son, Oliver, move next door to war veteran Vincent, but when Oliver gets locked out after school one day, Vincent allows him to stay at his house until his mom gets home. Because he has bills up to the ceiling and is desperate for cash, he tells Maggie he'll babysit Oliver every day after school. Vincent then introduces Oliver to his lifestyle, including gambling, drinking, and his relationship with a Russian prostitute.
