I want readers to understand that feeling like giving up is normal, but it is important not to cave into those instincts and bounce back. Being strong doesn’t mean never burning out, being strong is shown in how we come back from burnout. Without checking in on ourselves in hard moments, we will never be equipped to reach our ultimate destinations. We have to remind ourselves that relaxation is just as important as preparation and that self-care is a fundamental part of the process.
