The Nazarenes, made up of brothers Noah and Medhane Tewolde, now live in Sweden, and their new record Meditation, out April 24th, not only reflects the journey of reggae - from Jamaica, to the Caribbean, to the world - but also invokes organic, contemporary connections between Jamaica, Africa and people everywhere. Meditation is not simply a reggae album, nor is it a tribute to a Caribbean sense of spirituality. Meditation is a testament to the distinct and enduring capacity of reggae as a building block for communication in a multi-cultural world.

Schola Cantorum on Hudson and Bellagio resident Andrea Clearfield present a performance featuring Andrea Clearfield's multi-movement work entitled TSE GO LA, meaning 'At the Threshold of this Life,' which is based on poetry and music she discovered and recorded during her two treks deep into the Lo Monthang region of Nepal-poetry and music previously unheard by western ears.

Random Access Theatre Company's Twelfth Night re-energizes Shakespeare's classic comedy. As told by eight actors and a musical instrument, this 90-minute show unfolds against the backdrop of Prohibition in the big city. Laurence Lesher directs this production, in which one actor plays the twin leads, Viola and Sebastian, and another plays Antonio and Orsino.

The Emory Chamber Music Society of Atlanta (ECMSA) announces its 2012-2013 season. Celebrating its twentieth year, Atlanta's largest chamber music organization presents weekend concerts, a family series, and noontime performances. The CW's "Hart of Dixie" returns this Monday after a six-week hiatus, and the latest episode "Heart to Hart" offers a whole new reason for fans to be excited. "Heart to Hart" draws particular focus to Korean-American actress Deborah S. Craig, whose outrageously funny performance as "Shelley Ng" provides the comedic relief to the tension surrounding "Zoe" (Rachel Bilson) and her father (Gary Cole). Though Craig has been seen before playing the quirky waitress that works in the Rammer Jammer, this episode really showcases Ms. Craig's landmark portrayal of TV's first Asian-American from the South.
