This spring, Berkeley Repertory Theatre concludes its season with another new play, Dael Orlandersmith's BLACK N BLUE BOYS/BROKEN MEN. This world premiere introduces audiences to children and adults forging identities in families fractured by abuse. Each relates a story that transforms these challenges into a celebration of our capacity to survive.

The New Orleans Ballet Association will present the world premiere of Complexions Contemporary Ballet, with Artistic Directors Dwight Rhoden & Desmond Richardson and special guests artists Wendy Whelan, Principal Dancer with New York City Ballet, and The Nicholas Payton Quartet on April 21, at 8 pm at the Mahalia Jackson Theater.

To coincide with Isadora Duncan's 135th birthday May 26, 2012, Lori Belilove & The Isadora Duncan Dance Company will honor the mother of modern dance by offering a week of performances May 22-26. The six performances of the program The Art of Isadora will offer a retrospective on the life and art of Isadora Duncan, including signature solos and group works performed with live piano accompaniment by Matthew Ward.

The twelve finalists for this year's Stephen Sondheim Society Student Performer of the Year Competition will be judged by Danielle Hope (Dorothy in Wizard of Oz and soon to be in the film of Les Miserables), Michael McCabe (Producer, Wicked), David Shrubsole (Conductor, London Road) and Laurie Sansom (Artistic Director, Derngate Theatre, Northampton). The chairman of the judges will be Edward Seckerson, Chief Classical Music and Opera Critic for The Independent and the prize will be awarded by Julia McKenzie and a representative of Overtures: The Bunnett-Muir Musical Theatre Archive Trust, sponsors of the SSSSSPOTY first prize. The event is being hosted by Claire Moore (London Road/Miss Saigon) and takes place at 3pm on Sunday 27 May at the Queen's Theatre, Shaftesbury Avenue, London.

After a successful Fall repertory series focusing on the modern effects of war, the side project theatre company in Rogers Park will present a look at the historical impact of war, specifically on youth, with one U.S., one world, and one Chicago premiere. Enola, by Al Smith; Joan's Laughter, by Jacob Juntunen; and a new adaptation of Aleksei Arbuzov's The Promise, by Nick Dear open May 13th, 16th and 22nd, respectively. The rep will run through June 17.

The Segal Centre for Performing Arts and Delmar Freight Forwarders will close the English theatre season with Bernard Slade's award-winning romantic comedy SAME TIME, NEXT YEAR, a story of love through the ages, starring R.H. Thomson and Michelle Giroux and directed by Diana Leblanc.

B. B. KING BLUES CLUB has added additional concerts to its upcoming schedule including Raekwon, Maino, Ginuwine, and more.

The Honey Brothers new LP, Time Flies Like A Peach, is available now on Velour Music Group/ RED. The band's first full-length release since 2006's Songs For Your Sister, this latest effort was produced by Malcolm Burn (Emmylou Harris, Patti Smith) and recorded in Kingston, NY. The Honey Brothers kick off the release with a headlining date at NYC's Bowery Ballroom on Thursday, April 19.

Men will sit on one side of the house and women will sit on the other for TWO INTIMATE, an evening of EDEN by Eugene O'Brien and THE LOVER by Harold Pinter, to be presented by Cat on my Head Productions, LLC from May 24 to June 9 at Dorothy Strelsin Theatre at Abingdon Theatre Complex, 312 West 36th Street.

TheatreSquared announced today the TheatreSquared Season 7, the 2012/13 lineup. The four-play season includes the Olivier Award-winning comedy NOISES OFF by Michael Frayn, PERIOD OF ADJUSTMENT, a comedy by Tennessee Williams, Stephen Karam's SONS OF THE PROPHET, and the 2010 Pulitzer- and three-time Tony Award-winning musical NEXT TO NORMAL.

Patrick Riviere is now co-starring as the White Baron in the American Premiere of Armand Gatti's THE IMAGINARY LIFE OF STREET SWEEPER AUGUST G, which opens at Casa 0101 Theatre on April 20th in Los Angeles.

Red Branch Theatre Company is the first organization in Columbia to premiere NEXT TO NORMAL. The show runs on select dates from April 6th through April 22nd at Drama Learning Center in Columbia.

A CLOSER WALK WITH PATSY CLINE, by Dean Regan, is a tribute to the life and music of country legend Patsy Cline; from her humble start in the Shenandoah Valley, to the Grand Ole Opry, to the tragic loss of a superstar at a young age.

Rapid Lemon Productions presents the Washington, DC premiere of SPHERE: THE THELONIOUS MONK STORY by Max Garner, directed by Rosiland Cauthen, for three shows only, June 30th and July 1st, 2012. SPHERE: THE THELONIOUS MONK STORY will be presented as part of the annual DC Black Theatre Festival.

The Raleigh Little Theatre presents THE CRUCIBLE by Arthur Miller at the Cantey V. Sutton Theatre from April 13 - 29, 2012, directed by Haskell Fitz-Simons.

The NC Theatre will present OLIVER! from July 17th through July 22nd at the Raleigh Memorial Auditorium.
