Jessica has worked in theater for nearly ten years. She has worked in theatrical production for the producers of STOMP, DAMN YANKEES, NUNSENSE, DINNER WITH FRIENDS and more, and for over 5 years has been involved in the Whoopi Goldberg-produced White Noise, having discovered the production at the 2006 New York Musical Theatre Festival. She has since helped foster its growth through multiple large-scale workshops and two major commercial productions as an Associate Producer. After dedicating many years to theatrical and live entertainment production work that has taken her all over the world in 2009 she assumed the post of Senior Managing Editor at BroadwayWorld.com, the largest theater site on the net, for which she controls operations, routinely interviews Broadway's A-list talent and films/edits a bulk of the sites popular BWW TV content. She is a graduate of Brown University and has worked professionally in production for the Brown University Department of Theatre, Speech and Dance, Rights and Reasons Theatre, the New York Theatre Workshop and more.

As BroadwayWorld first revealed this morning, 25 years after Michael Crawford and Sarah Brightman opened the show in London, Cameron Mackintosh has announced that he will present Andrew Lloyd Webber's THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA at the Royal Albert Hall on Saturday 1st October at 7.30pm and Sunday 2nd October at 1.30pm and 7.00pm. Tickets for 'Phantom of the Opera at the Albert Hall' go on sale on Monday 4 July at 10.00am and are available on 0845 401 5045 or at www.phantom25th.com. Primary Stages is presenting the world premiere of the new comedy, Olive and the Bitter Herbs by Charles Busch with direction by Mark Brokaw. The play was commissioned by Primary Stages. The five-member cast features Dan Butler as Trey, David Garrison as Robert, Julie Halston as Wendy, Marcia Jean Kurtz as Olive and Richard Masur as Sylvan. On Monday, June 27, Sex & The City actress Kim Cattrall spoke about her career, offering insights to fellow actors as part of the SAG Foundation's Conversations Program presented at the presented at the NYIT Auditorium on Broadway. BroadwayWorld was on hand for the talk and brings you the full discussion below! It was just announced yesterday that Kim Cattrall and Paul Gross will star on Broadway this autumn in Noël Coward's Private Lives directed by Richard Eyre at the Music Box Theatre. Previews will begin on Sunday November 6; opening night is Thursday November 17. The limited engagement runs through February 5 2012. Cattrall starred as Amanda in Sir Richard Eyre's production of Private Lives at London's Vaudeville Theatre in 2010. The production received rave reviews from the critics and played a sell-out season. It will play a limited run at Toronto's Royal Alexandra Theatre prior to Broadway. Cattrall will be joined by Paul Gross in the role of Elyot for the production.

Always wanted to catch THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA on Broadway? On Monday, July 4, 2011, PHANTOM will be the only show running on Broadway with one performance at 8pm. While most Broadway shows are 'dark' on Mondays (serving as the company's day off), MAMMA MIA!, ROCK OF AGES, PRISCILLA QUEEN OF THE DESERT, CHICAGO and GHETTO KLOWN do regularly perform on Mondays along with PHANTOM, however are celebrating an altered schedule for next week to accommodate the holiday.

SPIDER-MAN Turn Off The Dark opened on June 14, 2011 at the Foxwoods Theatre as the first show of the 2011-2012 season. Despite opening to poor reviews, the box office has been performng impressively, due in large to the draw of U2's debut musical score.

The Public Theater began previews June 6 for the 2011 Shakespeare in the Park summer season featuring MEASURE FOR MEASURE, directed by David Esbjornson, and ALL'S WELL THAT ENDS WELL, directed by Daniel Sullivan. The two shows will run in repertory with the same company of actors through Saturday, July 30 at the Delacorte Theater in Central Park. On June 25, ALL'S WELL THAT ENDS WELL opened to favorable notices and tonight, June 30, MEASURE FOR MEASURE celebrates its official opening night.

The Kleban Foundation awarded the 21st Annual Kleban Prize for the most promising musical theatre lyricist has gone to Adam Gwon and the award for the most promising musical theatre librettist has gone to Michelle Elliott. Grammy and Emmy Award winner, Tony Award nominee and multi-platinum recording artist Harry Connick, Jr. will star in a reimagined production of ON A CLEAR DAY YOU CAN SEE FOREVER opening fall 2011 on Broadway at a theatre to be announced. The delightful Tony Award nominated score by Burton Lane (music) and Alan Jay Lerner (lyrics) is enhanced by classics from their film scores for On A Clear Day You Can See Forever (1970) and Royal Wedding (1951). With a new book by Peter Parnell based on the original book by Alan Jay Lerner, the musical is reconceived and directed by Tony Award winner Michael Mayer. Further casting and creative team to be announced shortly.

As previously announced, The Kennedy Center's all-new, critically-acclaimed production of James Goldman and Stephen Sondheim's FOLLIES will transfer to Broadway this summer. FOLLIES will play a limited engagement at the Marquis Theatre, with performances beginning on August 7. It has just been announced that from the Kennedy Center all-star production, Bernadette Peters, Jan Maxwell, Danny Burstein and Ron Raines will be transferring with the production. Other members of the Broadway company will be announced shortly.

Smash hit multi-award winning musical JERSEY BOYS - The Story of Frankie Valli & The Four Seasons celebrates two years in Australia on Thursday 7 July. JERSEY BOYS opened in July 2009 in Melbourne and played for 13 months before transferring to Sydney's Theatre Royal opening in September last year. 900,000 people have now seen the show in Australia.
