First Lady Michelle Obama has invited the cast of GLEE to perform at the annual White House Easter Egg Roll on April 5th. Producers jumped at the invitation, rescheduling rehearsals and shooting to accommodate the performance.

The Gretna Theatre has announced their 2010 summer season. Productions will include Nunsense starring Sally Struthers, The Marvelous Wonderettes, The Will Rogers Follies, The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, Peter Pan, Mr. Hobbs' Vacation, and Mame. The season will begin with Nunsense, opening June 3rd.

Those who watched Wednesday night's episode of American Idol closely might have noticed that Chris Golightly was mysteriously missing from the group of top 12 guys at the end of the program, despite being announced as a semi-finalist minutes before. A recent press release from FOX states, 'It has been determined that Chris Golightly is ineligible to continue in the competition.' American Idol contestant Tim Urban has replaced Golightly as part of the Top 24.'
