This autumn Ken Stott, Anna Friel and Samuel West are united together on stage for the first time in one of Anton Chekhov's undisputed masterpieces, Uncle Vanya. Adapted by Christopher Hampton, Uncle Vanya uniquely blends sparkling wit and earthy humour to brilliant comic effect. Directed by Lindsay Posner with designs by Christopher Oram, this new production opens at the Vaudeville Theatre on 2 November 2012 with previews from 24 October.

The Drama Studio of St Genesius Theatre, Southern Indiana School for the Arts will host a production of AMADEUS by Peter Shaffer, directed by Debbie Endris, on June 29, 30, July 1 at 7:30 PM and July 1 at 2:00 PM, 2012.

Revolve Productions will present PIECES by Chris Phillips at the 16th New York International Fringe Festival August 10-26, 2012. The new play is directed by Brian Zimmer. Steep Theatre welcomes back Artistic Associate and recent Jeff Award-winning director Jonathan Berry this summer for their U.S. Premiere of Deirdre Kinahan's Moment. This will be the company's first production with Berry back in the director's seat since their 2011 collaboration Festen,which was one of the biggest hits of last summer and one of the most talked about shows of the year. Ms. Kinahan's Moment has been making waves itself since debuting in 2009 at Tall Tales Theatre in Ireland. The production subsequently moved to London, for a widely-praised and sold-out run at the Bush Theatre, and is currently on a seven venue tour of Ireland. Steep's U.S. premiere of Moment opens Thursday, July 12th. The playwright Ms. Kinahan will be coming to Chicago to take in the production August 16th through 18th.

Chocolate Factory Productions have announced a production of ANTHONY RAPP -WITHOUT YOU, based on Anthony Rapp's bestseller Without You: A Memoir of Love, Loss, and the Musical Rent, to begin performances in Boston on Tuesday, June 19th. The show, which is directed by Steve Maler, will continue at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe this August and London's Menier Chocolate Factory until Septemeber 15.

The nationwide auditions for Dorothy are underway and the search for Toto will be held in Toronto on June 9th at Woofstock, North America's largest festival for dogs.
