What's on Stage is reporting that Niki Evans, a contestant on iTV's series 'X-Factor' will be playing Mrs. Johnson in West End production of Blood Brothers, running at the Pheoenix Theatre, starting November 3rd, 2008. The show recently extended its contract with the Pheonix where it has been running since 1991. Evans is expected to take on the role for six months.

Tony nominated actor and dance chart sensation Orfeh's new solo pop album, WHAT DO YOU WANT FROM ME on Sh-K-Boom Records, hits stores everywhere tomorrow, Tuesday, September 30. Ghostlight Records confirms the 9/30 digital release of the Original Broadway Cast Album of '13, A New Musical'. This will be a rare instance where the cast album is recorded and released before performances have officially begun. The physical CD will be available for purchase at The Bernard B. Jacobs Theatre in the weeks ahead, as well as via the Ghostlight website.

The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts presents DRUID theater company in a double bill of The Shadow of the Glen and The Playboy of the Western World in the Terrace Theater October 22-25, 2008 at 7:30 p.m. as part of the Center's etcetera! series.

Following rave reviews and a sold out run, COLLEGE The Musical has extended at this year's New York Musical Theater Festival.
