LOVE, LOSS and WHAT I WORE, an intimate collection of stories by Nora Ephron and Delia Ephron, is making its world premiere at New York's Westside Theatre. The play celebrated its official Opening Night yesterday evening, Thursday, October 1st. The producers of the play have extended its limited engagement into 2010.

The romance of Florence comes to life on stage as Philadelphia Theatre Company continues its 2009-2010 season with the hit Broadway musical The Light in the Piazza with book by Craig Lucas and music and lyrics by Adam Guettel on November 13 - December 6. Applause NYC (202 East 77th Street) was star powered recently as hot, Romanian born American actor Sebastian Stan made his debut as a guest instructor on Wednesday, September 23, 2009. Sebastian spent time teaching Applause students 'On Camera (acting for TV and film) as a part of the Applause NYC's master classes.

On Thursday, October 1st, after the 200th performance of THE TOXIC AVENGER at New World Stages, some celebrity guests who were in the house took a trip backstage to congratulate the cast and crew. Broadway couple Andy Karl and Orfeh greeted Dustin Diamond (Screech from TV's 'Saved By The Bell') and his lady friend as they all took the trip back to cheer everybody on their auspicious milestone. Producer Tom Polum was on hand to raise a glass of 'TOXIC' punch and to thank everyone on a 200 'TOX-A-RI-FIC' shows.

First up for our X Factor retrospective is last year's winner, Alexandra. Since she scored a massive Christmas number one hit with her cover of Hallelujah, she's been out of the spotlight, busy recording her debut album. The album will be called Overcome and its title track is one of a few songs which have leaked so far, a big ballad that will please anyone hoping for Alex to be the new Leona Lewis.
