Second Stage Theatre (Carole Rothman, Artistic Director) announced today that it will extend its production of Leslye Headland's BACHELORETTE, directed by Trip Cullman, for one week, through Saturday, August 14. The production, which was originally scheduled to run through Saturday, August 7, began previews on July 12 and will open at Second Stage Theatre's uptown home, the McGinn/Cazale Theatre (Broadway at 76th Street) on Monday, July 26 at 7:00pm.

Washington DC's Shakespeare Theatre Company has announced that they will present a revival of their recent production of TWELFTH NIGHT as part of their Free For All series, which features free performances of Shakespeare plays. The production will take place at Sindey Harman Hall, located at 610 F Street NW, and will run from August 19 to September 5.

Although Voigt has previously performed musical theatre numbers in recital and has released a record of standards, most know her for her performances in Strauss and Wagner operas.

The full schedule for this year's Comic-Con, to be held at the San Diego Convention Center from July 22 to July 25, has been announced. The Comic-Con will feature special guests including GLEE stars Chris Colfer, Jenna Ushkowitz, Kevin McHale, Mark Salling, Heather Morris, and Naya Rivera, as well as GLEE executive producers Ryan Murphy and Brad Falchuk. The group will appear in Ballroom 20 from 1:30pm to 2:30pm on July 25 to answer questions and preview Season Two. In addition, the show's assistant costume designer, Jennifer Eve, will appear at a costume designers event on July 23.
