Disney’s Newsies
Music by: Alan Menken
Lyrics by: Jack Feldman
Book by: Harvey Fierstein
Directed by: Lisa Holcomb
Inspired by the true story of the 1899 Newsboys Strike, this high-energy musical follows Jack Kelly and a ragtag group of newsboys who rally against powerful publishers to demand fair treatment. Bursting with soaring songs, powerhouse choreography, and underdog spirit, Newsies is a rousing anthem for justice—and one epic call to “Seize the Day!”
