Performing music from over 100 years of animation, The Queen’s Cartoonists (TQC) perfectly synchronize their instruments to the classic cartoons projected on the screen, matching the energy of the drawn action while leading audiences through a world of virtuosic musicianship, multi-instrumental mayhem and comedy. The New York-based ensemble meticulously recreates soundtracks to popular and historic animated cinema shorts like 1943’s “Yankee Doodle Daffy” starring Daffy Duck and Porky Pig or Henry Mancini’s 1963 theme for “The Pink Panther.”
