Georgia Ensemble Theatre (GET), North Fulton's only professional theatre company, will continue its record-setting 21st season with the classic thriller Deathtrap by Ira Levin. Fresh from the success of Almost Heaven, John Denver's America, which garnered the highest attendance ever for a season opening production, director by Robert J. Farley will once again take the helm for Deathtrap. This show runs November 7-24, 2013, at the Theatre's home, the Roswell Cultural Arts Center, 950 Forrest Street, Roswell, GA. BroadwayWorld has a first look at the cast in action below!

Go ahead, scream a little - it's good for you. This wickedly clever thriller is filled with twists, turns, shocking moments and plenty of laughter. Sidney Bruhl, a successful writer of Broadway thrillers, is struggling to overcome a "dry" spell when he receives a script from a student. Sidney devises a devilish plan, and with his wife's help, to collaborate with the student. We soon discover that the playwright is prepared to go to any lengths to alter his fortunes, even murder. What "Psycho" did for Hollywood, Deathtrap did for Broadway - this is a must-see! Note: This play contains mature content and some colorful language.

Deathtrap features the fantastic cast of James Donadio as Sidney Bruhl - James is a GET favorite for roles such as Henry in The Lion in Winter, John in Scotland Road and Andrew Wyke Sleuth. Joining James is Mary Lynn Owen (What I Did Last Summer, The Last Night of Ballyhoo and The Living), Shelly McCook (The Man Who Came to Dinner, Tokens of Affection, The Invisible Man), James Baskin (Our Town, Great Expectations, Inherit the Wind) and GET newcomer Brian Hatch (The Little Foxes, Schoolhouse Rock, The Odyssey Experience with Florida Rep).

Tickets: Ticket prices for Deathtrap range from $25 to $35 (Senior/Student discounts available for select performances). "Recession-Buster" perimeter tickets may also be purchased for $10 based on availability. Tickets are available now online at www.get.org, or by calling the Box Office at 770- 641-1260.
