And a Happy Birthday shout-out to the legendary Meryl Streep, who turns 66 today!

Streep last starred on Broadway in Happy End. Before that, she appeared in The Cherry Orchard, Sercret Service, A Memory of Two Mondays / 27 Wagons Full of Cotton, and Trelawny of the 'Wells'. Among her off-Broadway credits are The Public's The Seagull and Mother Courage and Her Children, as well as Alice in Concert and Wonderland in Concert. The actress received her first of 19 Oscar nominations for The Deer Hunter and went on to win Academy Awards for Kramer vs. Kramer, Sophie's Choice and The Iron Lady. She was recently nominated for her role in the big screen adaptations of Into the Woods and the play August: Osage County. Among her other celebrated films are Julie & Julia, Doubt, The Devil Wears Prada, The Bridges of Madison County, Out of Africa and more. Streep also appeared in the HBO miniseries Angels in America, which earned her an Emmy in 2004. Her upcoming movies include Ricki and the Flash and Suffragette, with fellow stage vet Carey Mulligan.
