Quote of the Day: A word from THE ELEPHANT MAN's Bradley Cooper...

"It's beyond my control who's going to cast me or how you're going to pigeonholed, so for me, it's just I want to keep doing different things because I want to get better, so hopefully I'll be hired to do them."
-- Bradley Cooper (via BrainyQuote)

What we're watching: THEORY OF EVERYTHING, starring LES MISERABLES' Eddie Redmayne as Stephen Hawking. The movie hits theaters today - check out the trailer below!

And finally, a Happy Birthday shout-out to Dakin Matthews, who turns 74 today!

If you've been watching a lot of Gilmore Girls lately (yay Netflix!), you might recognize Matthews as 'Headmaster Charleston' from Chilton. Onstage, Matthews last appeared in Rocky, and before that, Gore Vidal's The Best Man, A Man for All Seasons, Henry IV and QED, as well as Measure for Measure and All's Well That Ends Well at Shakespeare in the Park. He worked as dramaturg for Lincoln Center's Macbeth starring Ethan Hawke. The actor's recent film credits include Lincoln and True Grit, and he has appeared on TV in Desperate Housewives, The King of Queens, The West Wing and more.
