Broadway actress Tracy Nicole Chapman is pleased to announce her engagement to television actor Victor Williams on BroadwayWorld.

"The couple were introduced to each other by actor David Costabile (Caroline or Change, Titanic) who attended NYU's graduate acting program with Mr. Williams. Ms. Chapman is the daughter of Mr. Leon Chapman and Ms. Wilma Chapman of Shaker Heights, Ohio. Mr. Williams is the son of Dr. and Mrs. Melvin Williams of Riverhead, NY. A July wedding is planned," state notes on the engagement.

Chapman has appeared on Broadway in Caroline, or Change, Into the Woods, The Music Man, The Lion King, The Life and The Who's Tommy. Williams plays Deacon Palmer on "The King of Queens;" other film and TV credits include Bewitched, Cop Land, "ER," and "The Practice."
