THE COMPLETE WORKS OF WILLIAM SHAKESPEARE (ABRIDGED) is Coming to Pasadena Theatre Company

The Complete Works of William Shakespeare (abridged), written by Adam Long, Daniel Singer, and Jess Winfield, will be presented at Pasadena Theatre Company. The production is directed by Robin Schwartz.

Performances will take place at Live Arts Studio, Annapolis Mall on Friday, June 5 at 7:00pm; Sunday, June 7 at 1:00pm and 4:00pm; Saturday, June 13 at 4:00pm and 7:00pm; and Sunday, June 14 at 1:00pm and 4:00pm.

A special presentation will be held on Saturday, June 6 at 1:00pm outdoors at “Shakespeare in Severna Park” at Woods Amphitheatre.

The Complete Works of William Shakespeare (abridged) is a wildly fast-paced comedy that takes on all 37 of Shakespeare's plays-plus the sonnets-in a single, uproarious performance*. Using only a handful of actors and maximum imagination, the show barrels through the tragedies, comedies, and histories with gleeful chaos. Equal parts parody and love letter to Shakespeare, the play celebrates the Bard by making his works accessible and irresistibly fun for actors and audiences alike.

*This production includes occasional mature humor, suggestive language, and playful irreverence toward classic texts. Viewers should be comfortable with comedic material that may include sexual innuendo, strong language, and staged violence/gore.

The production will feature Brendan Cuddihee, Crista Drysdale, Amanda Matousek, Richard Miller, Jonathan Monroe, Jason Vaughan.
