Stars of THE LION KING on Broadway Lose Homes in Fire, GoFundMe Started in Their Honor

BroadwayWorld is saddened to report that Broadway stars Nteliseng Nkhela and Aaron Nelson, currently playing Rafiki and Simba in The Lion King, have lost their homes after an Edgewater Avalon apartment fire yesterday, Jan. 21.

In their honor, the pair's co-stars haved created A GoFundMe campaign in order to help get them back on their feet.

Nelson resided there with his wife and young child, while Nteliseng lived in the building with her dog.
