Santiago Cruz to Bring SIGO EN PIE Tour to 10+ U.S. Cities This Fall

Colombian singer-songwriter Santiago Cruz is bringing his Tour Sigo en Pie to the United States this fall, performing in more than 10 cities across the country as part of what is being called the most ambitious international tour of his career. The U.S. leg kicks off September 24 in Orlando, Florida, and concludes October 14 in Los Angeles, as part of a tour encompassing more than 30 concerts across Colombia, Mexico, the United States, and Europe.

As part of this new chapter, on Friday, August 21, Santiago Cruz released 4 Vasos y 1 Florero, a new song created in collaboration with Uruguayan musician Cardellino, who joined the project with empathy and solidarity at a particularly difficult moment for Colombia. Through this initiative, Cruz reaffirms the spirit behind the name of his current tour: to keep standing and moving forward, even in the most difficult moments, while using music as a space to connect, support, and help others.

4 Vasos y 1 Florero is a celebration of resilience, vulnerability, and the power of music to bring people together. Its release takes on an even deeper meaning in the wake of the devastating earthquake that recently affected several regions of Colombia and the severe drought impacting communities in Cruz's native Tolima. In response, a portion of the proceeds from the Tour Sigo en Pie will be donated to support communities affected by these crises, turning the message of Sigo en Pie into a concrete act of solidarity.

'At a moment when my country is experiencing the pain and devastation caused by the recent earthquake, while my home region of Tolima is also suffering the terrible effects of drought, I want to express my solidarity in the way I know best: through music,' says Cruz. 'Part of the proceeds from this tour will support a food bank helping communities affected by these two different, but deeply connected, crises. Sigo en Pie is about continuing to stand, but also about helping others find the strength to stand again.'

Fragmentos: Turning Memory and Absence Into Song

The Tour Sigo en Pie will encompass more than 30 concerts throughout 2026, with additional dates to be announced for 2027. The tour accompanies a new creative chapter for the Colombian singer-songwriter, who recently released Donde Quiera Que Estés (Wherever You Are), the first single from Fragmentos, his upcoming studio album.

Its first single, Donde Quiera Que Estés (Wherever You Are), transforms absence into dialogue and memory into music. Written by Santiago Cruz and produced by Charlie Triana, the song was born from the artist's need to have a conversation he had postponed for more than two decades: a conversation with his father.

Santiago's father passed away in December 2002, only months before the release of Solo Hasta Hoy, the album that officially launched his professional music career. In the years that followed, Cruz built a life his father never had the opportunity to witness: a career spanning more than two decades, a marriage, children, international tours, and songs that have connected him with audiences around the world. Now, as Santiago reaches the age his father was when he died, that absence has taken on new meaning.

'This is perhaps one of the most emotional and personal songs I've ever written,' Cruz says. 'As I get closer to the age my father was when he died — 51, and I just turned 50 — I needed to talk about this, to process this pain and this absence through a song.'

Donde Quiera Que Estés was released on July 21, 2026, the day his father would have celebrated his 75th birthday.

'It is a gift I wanted to give him, and also give myself, to feel that peace is finally reaching our hearts.'
