Matthew Rodin hit up the opening night festivities at New York Musical Theatre Festival and took to the party to ask some of the stars and attendees other famous acronyms in the spirit of the best acronym of the season, NYMF.

Rodin took to the party to ask what the stars thought some famous acronyms stood for. There was M&M, AARP, IKEA, CVS and of course the most important one BYOB.

Some of the best answers of the night: International Electronic Kitchen Area (IKEA), Muscles and Madness (M&M), Mint & More (M&M) and so many others.

NYMF helps to support new and exciting productions each and every summer in NYC. Like any great art form, musical theatre is shaped by the events and philosophies of the day. The strength and vitality of musical theatre lie in its ability to stay fresh and relevant. It was with that idea in mind, ten years ago, that the New York Musical Theatre Festival (NYMF) was created - to provide an effective platform to introduce new shows, new perspectives, and new blood into the musical theatre canon.
