The ladies of the new Broadway-bound musical LYSISTRATA JONES had the chance to meet Kris Humphries in happier days - specifically, October 12 when they shared a basketball court with him at Sports Club LA on the Upper East Side - the girls were training for their new Basketball-themed Broadway musical LYSISTRATA JONES with NBA Hall of Famer Chris Mullin. Saddened, as we all are, by the news of his split with Kim, the girls wanted to send a quick video message to help cheer him up! Check out their message to the NBS star below!

Written by Tony nominee Douglas Carter Beane and Lewis Flinn and directed and choreographed by Tony nominee Dan Knechtges, Lysistrata Jones will begin previews November 12, 2011 and officially open on December 14, 2011.

Lysistrata Jones will star Patti Murin (Lysistrata Jones), Liz Mikel (Hetaira), Josh Segarra (Mick), Jason Tam (Xander), and Lindsay Nicole Chambers (Robin) with Alexander Aguilar (Uardo), Ato Blankson-Wood (Tyllus), Katie Boren (Lampito), Kat Nejat (Cleonice), LaQuet Sharnell (Mhyrinne), Teddy Toye (Harold) and Alex Wyse (Cinesius).

The Athens University basketball team hasn't won a game in 30 years. But when spunky transfer student Lysistrata Jones (Patti Murrin) dares the squad's fed-up girlfriends to stop ‘giving it up' to their boyfriends until they win a game, their legendary losing streak could be coming to an end. In this boisterous new musical comedy, Lyssie J. and her girl-power posse give Aristophanes' classic comedy a sexy, modern twist and take student activism to a whole new level.

The New York Times praises Lysistrata Jones as "An effervescent, tasty and surprisingly filling new musical with high-octane performances." New York Magazine calls it "A good old-fashioned tease of a musical comedy - a naughty, bubbly, modern goof on Aristophanes." According to the New York Post Lysistrata Jones is "A terrific splash of fun with an infectious score!" and AP finds it "Hilarious and bouncy with strong tunes and smart, witty lyrics." While The Hollywood Reporter/Reuters raves that "There's an obscene amount of fun being had in Lysistrata Jones, a sassy new quasi-teen musical!"

Tickets for Lysistrata Jones range from $25 to $130, and can be purchased on Telecharge.com, by calling (800) 432-7250 or visiting the Walter Kerr Box office (219 W 48th Street).
