SPIDER-MAN Producers Ordered to Give Information to Injured Stuntman


As BroadwayWorld previously reported, ex-SPIDER-MAN stunt-man Richard Kobak (Joshua Kobak according to cast lists for the show), is considering suing the show's producers for injuries suffered in 2010-11. Now according to the Associated Press, Justice Ellen M. Coin has ordered the musical's producer's 'hand over any memos, emails or any other evidence as he weighs pursuing a negligence lawsuit.' Injuries included a concussion, herniated discs, holes in knees, and whiplash.

SPIDER-MAN Turn Off The Dark has been seen by more than 700,000 audience members from around the world. Tickets are also available at the Foxwoods Theatre box office (213 West 42nd Street), which is open Monday through Saturday, 10:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. and Sunday, 12:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. Tickets are now on sale through September 2, 2012.
