Ryan Murphy: Spears 'Probably' Back for 2nd GLEE Episode

As BroadwayWorld has previously reported, GLEE will feature a Britney Spears tribute episode in its second season, premiering September 21, 2010 on FOX. Heather Morris, who plays 'Brittany' on the show, will be playing Britney Spears in a dream sequence with Ms. Spears herself, it is believed.

Zaptoit.com has revealed of the episode that "New Directions' pleas for Britney tunes fall on deaf ears with Mr. Schuester (Matthew Morrison), so when they pay respective visits to the dentist (John Stamos), anesthesia-induced fantasies bring out the musical numbers and the all-but-official Britney cameo."

GLEE creator Ryan Murphy recently hinted to Access Hollywood that this episode may not be Spear's last.  When questioned as to whether or not the pop star would appear on the series again Murphy replied:"Probably, yeah... probably." Click here for Murphy's take on the Spears/GLEE match!
