On Tuesday July 21st and Monday July, 27th, the five-time Tony Award® nominated smash-hit musical ROCK OF AGES welcomed true rock and roll royalty onstage after the soul shaking and face melting performances!

In 1987 on the Sunset Strip, a small-town girl met a big-city dreamer - and in L.A.'s most legendary rock club, they fell in love to the greatest songs of the ‘80's. It's ROCK OF AGES, a hilarious, feel-good love story told through the hit songs of iconic rockers Journey, Styx, REO Speedwagon, Foreigner, Pat Benatar, Whitesnake, and many more.
Featured in the 'ROCK' cast are Constantine Maroulis, Savannah Wise, James Carpinello, Adam Dannheisser, Mitchell Jarvis, Michele Mais, Lauren Molina, Paul Schoeffler, Wesley Taylor, Ericka Hunter, Jeremy Jordan, Michael Minarik, Angel Reed, Bahiyah Sayyed-Gaines, Katherine Tokarz, Andre Ward, Tad Wilson and Jeremy Woodard.

The show is written by Chris D'Arienzo (writer and director of the upcoming film Barry Munday), directed by Kristin Hanggi (Bare, Pussycat Dolls on the Sunset Strip) and choreographed by Kelly Devine (Jersey Boys - Associate Choreographer).
ROCK OF AGES was nominated for Five 2009 Tony Awards®, including Best Musical, Best Actor in a Musical (Constantine Maroulis), Best Direction of a Musical, Best Costume Design of a Musical, and Best Sound Design of a Musical. Additionally, Wesley Taylor won a 2009 Theatre World Award for his portrayal of "Franz."

On Friday, July 31, Constantine Maroulis will sit down with the hosts for an interview and the cast will perform a rockin' medley of songs when they bring the 80's party to "The View." "The View" is hosted by Barbara Walters, Whoopi Goldberg, Joy Behar, Elisabeth Hasselbeck and Sherri Shepherd and airs nationally on ABC (channel 7, WABC from 11am-12pm in the tri-state area). On Sunday, August 2, Constantine Maroulis makes a guest appearance on IFC's original series, "Z ROCK." "Z ROCK" airs Sundays on IFC (channel 81, from 11pm-11:30pm in the tri-state area). Check local listings.
