Paper Mill Playhouse (Mark S. Hoebee-Artistic Director, Mark W. Jones-Executive Director) is proud to announce an open call audition for their mainstage production of Peter Pan. Peter Pan will run at the Millburn Theater from June 2 through June 27. Peter Pan will be directed by Paper Mill Playhouse Artistic Director Mark S. Hoebee with choreography by Patti Columbo. Ms. Colombo received a Tony® Award nomination for her work on Broadway's production of Peter Pan starring Cathy Rigby and an Emmy® Award nomination for her choreography of the A&E production of Peter Pan. The open call audition will take place on the theater's campus at 22 Brookside Drive, Millburn, NJ 07041 on Monday, February 15th from 3:00pm to 7:00pm. Registration begins at 2:30pm in the theater lobby.

Paper Mill Playhouse is thrilled to provide an opportunity for local actor/singer/dancers to work along side our professional Equity company. Paper Mill Playhouse will consider actors to play the DARLING CHILDREN and THE LOST BOYS. For the role of MICHAEL DARLING the actor must be male, look 8-10 years old and be at least 8 years old at the time of the audition. For all other roles, auditionees must be at least 16 years old the day of the audition, not exceed 5'5" in height and sing and dance well.

For all roles, please be prepared to sing 16 bars of a traditional musical theatre song. Bring your own sheet music or we will have sheet music available for the following songs: "Tender Shepard" and "I Won't Grow Up" from Peter Pan. An accompanist will be provided. Some actors may be required to attend a callback audition in New York City on Thursday, February 25 or Friday, February 26. Rehearsals for Peter Pan will begin on May 10th.

Auditionees will be seen on a first come-first served basis and there may not be time to see everyone. For additional information, please visit Paper Mill Playhouse's website at www.papermill.org. No calls please.
