Mornington Players Hold Auditions for Female Version of THE ODD COUPLE

The Mornington Players are happy to announce auditions for their upcoming production of The Odd Couple (Female Version) by Neil Simon. The production is scheduled to run Friday through Sunday, April 30th to May 8th and will be directed by Ray Lawson.

Needed are six women and two men ranging in looks from early 30's to mid 40's. The character breakdown is as follows:

Florence Unger: Recently separated from her husband. Neat freak.
Olive Madison: Divorced not so long ago. Tough and somewhat messy, but with a big heart.
Mickey: Friend of Florence and Olive. A tough cop and proud of it.
Renee: Another friend. Loves telling stories and gossip.
Sylvie: Another friend. Always ready with a wisecrack.
Vera: Another friend. The youngest and most naïve of the group.
Jesus Costazuela: Brother of Manolo, neighbor of Olive. Hails from Barcelona.
Manolo Costazuela: Brother of Jesus, neighbor of Olive. Hails from Barcelona.

Auditions will be held on March 13th from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. on Saturday March 13th and from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. on Monday March 15th. The location will be in the Fellowship Hall of Dundalk United Methodist Church, 6903 Mornington Road, Baltimore, MD 21222. Actors will be expected to read from sides of the script.

The rehearsal schedule will be set once the show is cast. Please be sure to bring a list of any conflicts you may have from 03/15 to 05/08.
