MATILDA Cast Members to Crash Google+ Hangouts this Week, 9/19

In honor of Roald Dahl Month, members of the Tony Award-winning Broadway hit MATILDA THE MUSICAL cast will be crashing Hangouts on Google+ Thursday, September 19. For a chance to video chat with Lesli Margherita, Gabriel Ebert, Ryan Steele and Samantha Sturm, follow the steps below.

Step 1) Start your own Google+ Hangout with some of your favorite friends around 4PM ET on Thursday, September 19.
Step 2) Copy the URL link at the top of your Hangout window, and share it on your Google+ or Twitter profile with the hashtag #MatildaCastCrash.
Step 3) If the cast joins your Hangout, use the "Capture" function and share your pictures with the hashtag #MatildaCastCrash.

MATILDA THE MUSICAL, produced by The Royal Shakespeare Company and The Dodgers, opened April 11, 2013 at Broadway's Shubert Theatre (225 West 44th Street) to rapturous reviews. The production has received four Tony Awards and a Tony Honor for Excellence in the Theater for each of the four girls sharing the title role, as well as two Outer Critics Circle Awards, five Drama Desk Awards including Best Musical, and the New York Drama Critics Circle Award for Best Musical.

It is the story of an extraordinary girl who dreams of a better life. Armed with a vivid imagination and a sharp mind, Matilda dares to take a stand and change her destiny.

MATILDA THE MUSICAL is directed by Tony Award winner Matthew Warchus (God of Carnage), who helms this production with a book by Tony Award-winning playwright Dennis Kelly and music and lyrics by Australian comedian, musician and composer Tim Minchin.

The production has sets and costumes by Tony Award winner Rob Howell, with choreography by Peter Darling, orchestrations, additional music and musical supervision by Christopher Nightingale, lighting by Tony Award winner Hugh Vanstone, and sound by Simon Baker.
