Luke Tennie Talks THE PITT Season 3 Return on A LOT MORE Podcast
Tennie also reflects on his character's arc with Noah Wyle and his growing interest in screenwriting.
Luke Tennie is sharing what's next for Dr. Crus Henderson following the release of 'The Pitt' Season 3 teaser. The 'Shrinking' star joined host Jonathon Buckley on the 'A Lot More' podcast, taped at this year's Martha's Vineyard African American Film Festival, for a conversation about his multiple Warner Bros. TV roles, passion for screenwriting, and more.
With fans hungry for more news of 'The Pitt,' Luke confirmed he's already back in his scrubs.
'Dr. Crus is coming back—I just shot the start—or the end—of night shift. So, you know it's the day,' he teased.
He also talked about hoping his character would reappear beyond Season 2.
'I remember asking [Noah Wyle] in Season 2, 'I hope we see Dr. Crus again... I really hope we see some Crus control,'' he recalled.
In the episode, he also talks about juggling his roles across three of TV's most talked-about series, and compares the unique energies of working on 'Shrinking,' 'Abbott Elementary,' and 'The Pitt.' The actor also revealed his favorite lines from each show and his passion for writing and filmmaking.
Stream 'Shrinking' on Apple TV, 'Abbott Elementary' on Hulu and Disney+, and 'The Pitt' on HBO Max.
