Leon & Lulu's next Girls' Night Out event takes place from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, March 4 and will feature a runway fashion show highlighting new spring fashions. Hosted by Lighthouse Chief Development Officer Priscilla Perkins, she and Leon & Lulu stylists will showcase wearable wardrobes using the fantastic selection of smart staple pieces, fashionable finds, unique accessories, and one-of-a kind jewelry found at Leon & Lulu (96 W. 14 Mile in Clawson).

"The Girls' Night Out events are some of our most popular and fun to attend," says Mary Liz Curtin, co-owner of Leon & Lulu. "We give women a good excuse to make time for themselves, plus we get to show them what we're really excited about and how it might help improve their lives on some level. Whether it's how to use specific products, wear clothes, design with accessories and furniture - we hope everyone walks away with a fun, new experience," explains Curtin. Girls' Night Out this March will benefit Career Dress of Oakland County, which serves as a one-stop-shop to help women who are actively pursuing employment.

Experienced volunteers style and completely outfit women with interview clothing, shoes, undergarments and a matching handbag. Once employment is secured, Career Dress is also able to provide at least two additional complete work outfits. On average, Career Dress helps approximately 30 women a month and has assisted more than 3,000 women in need since founded in 2003. Leon & Lulu will be accepting donations of gently used career clothing for women who are hoping to enter the workforce.

Please visit http://leonandlulu.com/girlsnightout for an explanation of suitable clothing and requested items. This provides a great excuse for women to clean out closets for a good cause.
