LaToya Ruby Frazier Exhibition at the Brooklyn Museum Postponed

LaToya Ruby Frazier: A Haunted Capital, originally scheduled to open in late June 2012 at the Brooklyn Museum, has been postponed, with new dates to be announced when available.
The exhibition will explore the effects of industrialization and de-industrialization on the lives of individuals and communities through photographs of the artist's family and of Braddock, Pennsylvania, home of one of America's first steel mills.
Located outside of Pittsburgh, Braddock has a population below 2,500 and has been declared a "distressed municipality" by the state of Pennsylvania.
