Tony nominated, Nightlife Award Legend winner Karen Akers will join the cast of the final concert of the Town Hall Summer Broadway Festival on July 26th, ALL SINGIN' ALL DANCIN', directed and choreographed by Jeffry Denman (YANK!). The 4th Annual Summer Broadway Festival created, written and hosted by Scott Siegel for The Town Hall, is presented on three consecutive Monday nights in July at 8PM.

The evening features music and dance coupled with witty insider tidbits, all performed by Broadway's finest. Tickets for ALL SINGIN' ALL DANCIN' are $50 & $40 and on sale through TicketMaster, (800) 982-2787, www.ticketmaster.com, or The Town Hall Box Office (123 West 43 Street) between noon and 6PM (except Sundays) at 212-840-2824.

An exciting evening of song and dance, the evening features Broadway show tunes sporting brand new choreography performed by today's Broadway song and dance stars now including Karen Akers (None), as well as Guiding Light's Ron Raines (Chicago), Julia Murney (Wicked), Erin Denman (42nd Street) Noah Racey (Curtains) and more.

"This is, as always," said the show's creator/writer/host, Scott Siegel, "the most ambitious show we put on all year. And every year we push the envelope a little bit more. Those who come to see the show on Monday night will see the Town Hall stage completely open and available for dance from one end to the other - the band will, for the first time, be playing off-stage. With the entire stage available for Jeffry Denman's choreography, he has created some of the most exciting dance numbers we've ever seen. And wait until you see his new choreography for "Slaughter on Tenth Avenue!"

Built in 1921 by a group of suffragettes, THE TOWN HALL began as a lecture hall and public forum for debates. Over the decades, the stage has been graced by Eleanor Roosevelt, Margaret Sanger, Billie Holiday, Igor Stravinsky, Bob Dylan and MiLes Davis. Today the hall flourishes as a popular, affordable venue boasting the hottest acts in rock, pop, folk, cabaret, world music, comedy and dance, including Billy Joel, Robin Williams, Blondie, Elvis Costello, Natalie Merchant, Graham Nash, Liza Minnelli, Cyndi Lauper, Norah Jones, Andre Watts, Henry Rollins, Joe Jackson, Pink Martini, Regina Spector, Brian Adams, Aimee Mann and Dawn Upshaw. For over a decade, The Town Hall has hosted live broadcasts of Garrison Keillor's Prairie Home Companion. Over the past two-and-a-half decades, The Town Hall has produced a number of new and critically acclaimed musical series, which include The Century of Change, Not Just Jazz, Broadway By The Year® and The Broadway Cabaret Festival.
