In The Heights To Appear On GMA 5/13

  In The Heights cast members Robin de Jesús, Mandy Gonzalez, Christopher Jackson, Lin-Manuel Miranda, Karen Olivo, Seth Stewart, Luis Salgado and Rickey Tripp, will perform live on the Tuesday, May 13, telecast of ABC's "Good Morning America."  The appearance will include a performance of "It Won't Be Long Now" in the middle of Times Square.  In addition an exclusive performance of "When You're Home" will be available on ABC's cable network, ABC News Now, at 9am,on "Good Morning America Now," and available on the ABC News Now website.  "Good Morning America" airs from 7am till 9am on WABC channel 7 in the tri-state area.

In The Heights opened to critical acclaim on Broadway on Sunday, March 9, 2008, at the Richard Rodgers Theatre (226 West 46th Street).  With music and lyrics by Lin-Manuel Miranda, a book by Quiara Alegría Hudes and conceived by Lin-Manuel Miranda, In The Heights is directed by Thomas Kail and choreographed by Andy Blankenbuehler.  In The Heights is produced by Kevin McCollum, Jeffrey Seller, Jill Furman, Sander Jacobs, Robyn Goodman/Walt Grossman, Peter Fine and Sonny Everett/Mike Skipper with associate producers Ruth Hendel and Harold Newman.

In The Heights tickets range from $31.50 to $111.50, and can be purchased at the Richard Rodgers Box Office or www.ticketmaster.com.  Playing schedule for In The Heights is as follows:  Tuesday – Saturday at 8pm, with matinees Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday at 2pm.
