A Hamilton reunion is on the way as Phillipa Soo, who portrays Eliza Hamilton in the hit hip hop musical, will once again sing the music of her fictional stage husband Lin-Manuel Miranda (Alexander Hamilton) in Disney's upcoming animated film MOANA.

EW reports that Soo, who received a 2016 Tony Award nomination for Best Performance by an Actress in a Leading Role in a Musical, will portray a villager of Motunui, Moana's home island. The voice casting marks Soo's first animated voiceover role. Her other film credits include Richard LaGravenese's Dangerous Liaison.

Moana will feature newcomer Auli'i Cravalho as an adventurous teenager in the South Pacific who embarks on a mission across the ocean to prove herself a master navigator and save her people, accompanied by a once-mighty demigod named Maui (Dwayne Johnson). The film, hitting theaters on Nov. 23, 2016, features music by Lin-Manuel Miranda.

Soo's off-Broadway credits include Hamilton at the Public Theater (Drama Desk Award for Best Musical); Natasha, Pierre & the Great Comet of 1812 (Ars Nova, Kazino, world premiere). Regional credits include A Little Night Music (Berkshire Theatre Group), School for Wives (Two River Theater). Film/TV: "Dangerous Liasons" (pilot), "Smash" (NBC). Training: Juilliard Drama Division (Group 41).
