Roundabout Theatre Companys THE FOREIGNER star Matthew Broderick sits down with American Theater Wing Executive Director Howard Sherman and XM Satellite Radio personality John Von Soosten on XM Satellite Radios Downstage Center next weekend, airing December 3, 4, 5 & 7.

Downstage Center airs December 3 at 6:00PM, December 4 at noon, December 5 at 7:00PM and December 7 at 12:00AM on XM Satellite Radios Channel 28.

Broderick shares stories from his celebrated stage and film career, which began on stage at the age of 17 on opposite dad, actor James Broderick, in Horton Footes On Valentines Day. From playing the iconic film character Ferris Bueller, winning two Tony Awards® and on through his current turn as Charlie Baker in the Off-Broadway revival of Larry Shues classic farce THE FOREIGNER, Broderick shares his love affair with show business with his characteristic wit and repartee.

The program will also be available on the American Theatre Wing website (http://www.americantheatrewing.org) as streaming audio.

Roundabout Theatre Companys Off-Broadway revival of THE FOREIGNER, also starring two-time Tony Award® winner Frances Sternhagen opened on November 7 at the Laura Pels Theatre (111 West 46th Street).  THE FOREIGNER plays a limited engagement through January 16, 2005.

THE FOREIGNER plays Tuesday through Saturday evenings at 7:30 p.m. with Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday matinees at 2:00 p.m. 

Added Holiday performances on Monday evening, December 20 and Sunday evening, December 26 at 7:30 p.m.
