One Step Beyond continues its fourth season at the American Museum of Natural History. During this ongoing party series, guests can dance in the Museum's Dorothy and Lewis B. Cullman Hall of the Universe to the sounds of the biggest names in techno, electronica, hip-hop, and indie rock.

Guests can also enjoy a complimentary screening of one of the breathtaking Hayden Planetarium Space Shows. May's feature Passport to the Universe, narrated by Tom Hanks, launches visitors on a thrilling trip through space and time. A beer and wine bar keeps the party going. Each ticket also includes one pass to the Museum for future use.

WHAT: Dan Deacon, headline
Baltimore artist Dan Deacon has gone from founding a now well-known art collective (Wham City), to organizing an annually sold-out DIY music festival (Whartscape) and a massive 60 person/30 band tour (Baltimore Round Robin Tour). His most recent studio album, Bromst, represented a collection of pieces that fused together the growing intensity of his live performances with his background in electro-acoustic composition. He is currently composing, arranging, and recording the DAN DEACON ENSEMBLE album, and working on a film score project for the Francis Ford Coppola film "Twixt Now and Sunrise."

Hesta Prynn (DJ set), support
Long Island musician Hesta Prynn began her career as one-third of the all-female hip-hop group "Northern State." She released her first EP "Can We Go Wrong" in July 2010, followed by a 7" vinyl single called "Pepper," and has toured with 30 Seconds to Mars.

Activaire DJs, support
Devoted to developing custom music programs, Activaire blends the disciplines of design and architecture with DJ culture.
