CRT Guild presents The Mysterious Case of Sheik Yerbuti 3/4-12

Do you think Yerbuti is sitting on a large untapped deposit of precious oil? If so, the Cortland Repertory Theatre Guild invites you to an evening of great food, big laughs and a little murder at their annual Murder Mystery Dinner Theatre! Four hysterical performances are scheduled: Friday, March 4, Saturday March 5 and the following week, Friday, March 11 and Saturday, March 12. The dinner and show will be held at the Cortland Ramada Inn, 2 River Street in Cortland, near exit 11 off Route 81 in Cortland.

Just for these evenings, the Ramada Inn serves as the American Embassy in the tiny, camel-trading nation of Yerbuti. Here, in a building that has electricity (sometimes) and indoor plumbing (sort of), you will meet Ambassador Lassiter who plans to announce peace between Yerbuti and their enemies, the Fugari. But hold on to your pith! With rumors of a secret oil stash in Yerbuti, no one can be sure who is a friend and who is not! And you know what that means...everyone wants to get their hands on Yerbuti!

The hilarious Acme Mystery Company from Syracuse will again perform this entertaining, interactive evening of suspense and laughter accompanied by a delicious buffet meal in the elegant surroundings of the Ramada Inn ballroom.

Tickets are available at an "Early Bird" price of $50.00 per person until January 14th, after which the price will be $55.00 each. Ticket price includes a wine punch welcome reception with hors d'oeuvres at 6:30 pm, a cash bar, dinner and the performance beginning at 7:00.
