Bruce Wood Dance Dallas Unveils 2026-2027 Season Featuring Alice's Adventures In Wonderland and More

Bruce Wood Dance Dallas has revealed its 17th season, the company's first under newly appointed Artistic Director Melissa M. Young and Resident Choreographer and Répétiteur Joy Bollinger. Tickets available through brucewooddance.org.

The 2026-2027 season - a dynamic slate of premieres, high-profile collaborations, and Bruce Wood revivals - arrives alongside two major institutional milestones: the company's first-ever grant from The Shubert Foundation, the nation's largest funder of unrestricted operating support for nonprofit dance and theater, and its renewed appointment to the Texas Commission on the Arts Texas Touring Roster for 2026-2028.

'This season is a celebration of what makes our community so vibrant,' said Young. 'To have The Shubert Foundation look at our work and say, 'We believe in what you are doing,' is a tremendous vote of confidence - for this company, our audiences, and the City of Dallas.'
