BroadwayWorld.com is proud to announce the 'Starting Line-up' for STANDING OVATIONS V at Town Hall, right in the heart of Broadway on Sunday night, November 1, at 7:30 PM. As always, this special evening's proceeds will go to Broadway Cares / Equity Fights AIDS.

Currently scheduled to appear (and subject to change) are - in alphabetical order: Cortes Alexander, Joey Arias, Michael Arden, Gary Beach, Justin Bond, Laura Bell Bundy, Liz Callaway, Mario Cantone, John Cudia, Melissa Errico, Ellen Greene, Melora Hardin, Gregory Jbara, Robert Marien, Will & Anthony Nunziata, Rosie O'Donnell, Nicholas Rodriguez, Jennifer Hallie Rosen and Jarrod Spector. The evening will be hosted by Broadway Beat's very popular host and theatre know-it-all, Richie Ridge.

The theme that will guide the evening has the title of "The Bronx Is Up And The Battery's Down", which explains the eclectic mix of performers and what you can expect to see on the stage.

It's also the kind of assignment that will require two musical directors and the move to midtown.

The site's President and CEO, Rob Diamond, along with BroadwayWorld.com's Creative Director, Eddie Varley, decided that it was time to come uptown from Joe's Pub, due to the overwhelming demand for seats in the past and to satisfy the site's large fan base.

Additional stars and featured performers will be announced shortly and, as is the tradition with BroadwayWorld.com's Standing Ovation Concert Series, you can expect plenty of surprises and last minute 'entries' to shake up what is already shaping up to be an exciting show.

We suggest ordering tickets now. Click here to purchase.

Diamond has once again asked Richard Jay-Alexander to helm the evening and Kevin Stites and Ben Toth to take on the musical duties and James Kinney (FOSSE, SWEET CHARITY and Donna McKechnie's Associate for this past summer's GUYS & DOLLS at the Hollywood Bowl) will be taking on the extensive musical numbers. The Production Stage Manager will once again be Sabrina Gordin.

BroadwayWorld.com, founded in 2003, is the largest theatre site on the net and has produced several benefit concerts in the past aiding Broadway Cares / Equity Fights AIDS.

We're celebrating six years of the site on the web and will also be 'tipping our hat' to the site's founder, Rob Diamond, who will simultaneously be celebrating his 30th birthday on October 31.

Please note: In the upper-tier of pricing, there will be a glamorous after-party with the cast, food and drink, which your ticket stub allows you admission to mingle and celebrate.

Order your tickets now, this is sure to be a sell-out. Don't be left out in the cold! Click here for tickets.

Standing Ovations V is proudly sponsored by WORLD MasterCard, and W New York Times Square.
