Wear your brightest-colored cycling attire and join hundreds of other bicyclists to have your bicycles blessed at the twelfth annual Blessing of the Bicycles on Saturday, April 10, 9:30 AM inside the Cathedral of St. John the Divine, located at 1047 Amsterdam Avenue (at 112th Street), Manhattan.

The Reverend Canon Thomas Miller, Canon for Liturgy & the Arts will officiate. He will offer a blessing to kick off a safe cycling season and sprinkle holy water on the bicycles. A bag piper will play as a rider-less bicycle is brought forward during a moment of silence in remembrance of those who died in cycling accidents during the past year.
