London Fashion Week designer label "Belle Sauvage" presents a highly artistic collection for Spring Summer 2016. Large format, non-pictorial oil paintings translate onto sharply tailored cocktail dresses and daywear.

The British label lead by designer duo Virginia Ferreira (Argentina) and Christian Neuman (Luxembourg) is known for artistic and self-expressive contemporary womenswear.

Christian Neuman's vivid, abstract oil paintings literally splurge onto luxurious silks and organic cottons. The artist and designer seeks an extension of the paintings' abstract dynamics onto the woman's appearance and personality.

Belle Sauvage's Spring Summer 2016 collection called "Clash Royal" will be presented during Shanghai Fashion Week 10-16 th October 2015 with DFO Showroom, Asia's largest fashion showroom.

The collection strikes with vibrant colours on predominately bright and airy compositions printed on delicate crepe de chine and luxurious duchess silks.

Royal glamour and chicness is key and reflects in sharply tailored A-line and skater dresses, light summer jackets and voluptuous skirts. The abstract paintings applied to the fabrics embrace the overall tailored pieces often texture-enriched with sheer layering, net and lace details or carefully placed cut-outs. Napa leather panels appear as powerful feminine elements. Lighter summer pieces include organic cotton shift dresses, shorts and tops.
