Lincoln Center Theater/LCT3's 2012-2013 season continues with the opening of Luck of the Irish, a new play by Kirsten Greenidge, directed by Rebecca Taichman, and featuring Marsha Stephanie Blake, Eisa Davis, Dashiell Eaves, Frank Harts, Robert Hogan, Jenny O'Hara, Carra Patterson, Amanda Quaid and Victor Williams, at the Claire Tow Theater, LCT3's new home atop the Vivian Beaumont Theater (150 West 65th Street). BroadwayWorld brings you performance highlights below!

When an upwardly mobile African-American couple wants to buy a home in an all-white neighborhood of 1950's Boston, they pay a struggling Irish family to "ghost-buy" a house on their behalf. Fifty years later, the Irish family wants "their" house back. Moving across two eras, Luck of the Irish explores racial and social issues and the universal longing for home.

LUCK OF THE IRISH has by Mimi Lien, costumes by Oana Botez, lighting by Justin Townsend and sound by Matt Tierney.

LCT3 was established in 2008 by Lincoln Center Theater as a programming initiative devoted to producing the work of new artists as well as developing new audiences. Tickets to all LCT3 productions are $20. This spring, LCT3 will follow its production of Luck of the Irish with the world premiere of A KID LIKE JAKE by Daniel Pearle, directed by Evan Cabnet (June 2 - July 14).

LUCK OF THE IRISH is performed Monday and Tuesday through Sunday evenings at 7pm, with matinees on Saturday and Sunday at 2pm. Tickets, priced at $20, are available at the Lincoln Center Theater box office, telecharge.com or by visiting www.lct3.org.
