Black Boys Cry, the award-winning national touring production written and directed by Harold JAY Trotter, is coming to New York City for one night only on Saturday, June 20 at the Marjorie S. Deane Little Theater. Performances will take place on 4 PM & 7:30 PM.

The play follows seven Black men through friendship, relationships, manhood, love, pressure, and the things men usually avoid talking about out loud. Filled with comedy, real conversations, unexpected emotional moments, and plenty of personality, the show takes audiences on a ride that is entertaining, honest, and relatable for everybody, not just men.

After performances across the country, including Houston, Chicago, Baltimore, Phoenix, and Atlanta, Black Boys Cry continues its national tour with its New York City debut.

Written with humor, honesty, and heart, the production has become known for creating conversations long after the show ends while still delivering an unforgettable night of entertainment.
