Artists 4 Israel (A4I), a new and brazen non-profit organization, invites you to (S)kin on Sunday, August 30 at 7:00 pm at The Morrison Hotel Gallery (313 Bowery).

The (S)kin event, featuring Lady Pink and live nude musicians, is a monthly, meaningful, life drawing class that strips away the politics (and the clothes) surrounding Israel and gets to the truth. Sunday's class will feature women representing Israel's freedoms through Rock N' Roll; naked, models representing Erykah Badu, Madonna and others will share stories about the history of the performers in the Middle East. Art students, the curious and all others will be taught to draw these women, by two prestigious artists: Lady Pink, a prominent female pioneer in the graffiti  world whose work has been featured in The Whitney Museum of American Art, The Museum of Modern Art & The Brooklyn Museum of Art, and Herm, a wanted street artist who is coming out of hiding for us.

Before and after the class, (S)kin will feature live musical performances by Moon Motel, Mike Edison, & Bobbie Grei.

Artists 4 Israel's first event brought together New York's infamous graffiti artists in a one-night-only gallery exhibit in support of Israel's right to exist. The hugely successful event featured rappers, a live graffiti demonstration and drew a wildly diverse crowd.
